Worth A Shot Supports Science Education in Nigeria

At Worth A Shot, we’re committed to changing the lives of young people around the world, no matter their background or socioeconomic status. Carrying forward these ideals, our chapter in Nigeria, led by our new chapter head Ann Ijeoma Abakporo, funded the creation of a new physics lab at Obazu Secondary School in Oweri-Imo State, Nigeria. The lab will officially open in June of this year and students will take an interactive, hands-on approach in their learning.
